Catechists, Co-Catechists, & Helpers
The role of a catechist, co-catechist, or helper is to pass on the teachings of the Catholic faith to others, especially children and adults who are preparing for sacraments. Catechists and helpers create a welcoming and supportive environment for students, helping them to grow in their understanding of God and the Church.
Any adult can become a catechist or co-catechist. Highschool youth may also become helpers.

Vacation Bible School (VBS) Helpers
Vacation Bible School (VBS) helpers play an important role in providing a fun and faith-filled experience for children during the summer. They assist the main teacher in leading activities, crafts, games, and music that reinforce Catholic teachings and values. By serving as a VBS helper, one is able to share the joy of the Gospel and help form young disciples in the Catholic faith.
